The Founder, Owner and CEO Kay Kelly founded BC in 2018 but her Passion to Empower Humans has been in existence for many years. Ms. Kay Kelly and all of her blood line reaching all the way back to the year 1629 are born US Citizens. Ms. Kelly is from extremely humble beginnings in Los Angeles CA. Today Ms. Kelly is a well traveled woman and decided to share informational products and services that will help to empower humans globally.
